TAKE OFF surfboards are built to be stronger and more resilient than custom polyester boards, but do not compromise on the performance aspect of surfing like heavier plastic boards.

We offer a selection of soft tops/slick bottom surfboards (foamies) for hire or sale. These boards are great fun and an excellent choice for the beginner to get to grips with the basics as they are very stable and buoyant. The design of the board also offers the scope for the beginner to progress quickly as your confidence and skills grow.

The New Take Off ‘Rocket Fish’ surfboard has lots of volume for a high wave count with a large centre concave running from the nose into a double concave at the winged swallow tail. Five FCS fin plugs gives you loads of scope to customise your riding style. (5 fins supplied). If it’s laid back twin fin fun, making the extra section with the quad or fast cut backs of the thrusters set up this board has all t he options covered.

The Rocket Fish is one serious looking board that works well in all conditions, from small week knee high to solid over head. It is named the Rocket Fish for good reason.

If you are new to surfing, maybe stepping down from a longboard or just want one fun board for all conditions you can’t go wrong with a super tough, ultra light Take Off.

This board can certainly hold its own up against the much more expensive competition and is my personal board of choice in all conditions.

For the beginner to intermediate we have a range of TAKE OFF and NSP epoxy boards for hire and sale. These boards are the real deal, offering strength, responsiveness; light weight construction and they are proven to perform as well as boards twice their price.

Body boards are available for those who want some fun in the surf without needing any experience and don't forget the all important wet suits to fit all sizes if required. We even offer soft roof racks making it easy to transport your boards to the beach.

 

 

 

We also stock Bulldog 7mm Day Traveller bags, these super tough bags have a polyester fabric outer and a 10mm wedge tail with removable padding. One side is super tough polyester fabric; the other side is heat reflective/water resistant material. They have 7mm closed cell foam padding reinforced nose and tail areas and heavy duty webbing bound edges.
